Rechner Capacitive Level Measurement (KFS)

Rechner Sensors Rechner Capacitive Filling Level Systems (KFS):operate according to the three electrode principle. This allows for accurate measurements of all materials including difficult media such as hot glue. Available with analogue or Set Point Outputs, Capacitive Level Measurement Sensors suit a wide range of applications.

Rechner Capacitive Filling Systems are comprised of a measurement probe (KFS) and analysing unit (KFA) which is selected based upon the requirements of the application. Alternatively, a probe with an integrated analysis unit (KFX) is available. Rechner level probes work in conjunction with an evaluation unit. These can either be a separate module, or integrated into the head of the probe. External analysers can be configured to work with multiple probes for installations requiring a number of sensors.

There are two output types available, the first being an analogue output which provides a current voltage or frequency output relative to the level. The second option is to have limit value switching (NPN or PNP Transistor or Voltage Free Change-Over Relay outputs).

The position of the switching points and the analogue measuring area is user definable within the possible effective range and can be determined for optimal matching for each specific application needs. Level measurements of bulk material, liquids or pastes are possible.
